OUR EXPERIENCE
The director of Proyecto Linguistico Santa Maria (PLSM) Adolfo Lòpez Sosa would like to offer you a warm welcome and invite you to participate in the exciting experience of learning Spanish in Guatemala.

For the past 18 years PLSM has been dedicated to the teaching of the Spanish Language in a professional and innovative style. Learning is by a process of total Immersion based on individual, ONE TO ONE instruction: We also offer cultural activities designed to give the student an understanding and appreciation of the history, politics, culture and people of Guatemala. Throughout the years PLSM has also made significant contributions to the field of Spanish language teaching through the publication of a range of textbooks known as the LANGUAGILITY SERIES.

OUR TEACHERS experience

Our teachers are all college graduates in Education, and have graduated from Universidad Rafael Landivar and Universidad Rural de Guatemala, Universidad San Carlos de Guatemala with certifications in Teaching Spanish as a Second Language PLSM teachers have been carefully selected based on their educational training, experience in teaching Spanish, and their qualities of kindness, friendliness, and patience. We believe there should be a good working-relationship between our teachers and our students, so if at any time a student does not feel comfortable with a particular teacher, there is no problem in changing.
